Fresh Honeycrisp Apple Lemonade
Remember those hot summer days and nothing will cool you down. Except, the homemade lemonade grandmamma would make. Now, that’s a smile of remembrance!
Ingredients – Serves/8
3 quarts of water
4 cups of sugar
2 whole lemons, quartered
2 large Honeycrisp apples, quartered
Method of Production
Bring the water to a boil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add the lemons and apples. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Turn the heat off and whisk in the sugar one cup at a time. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
